Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts

By checking the registration consent or accepting a materially revised version, you agree to the document version recorded with its timestamp, language, and hash. You must be 18 or otherwise legally authorised, including when acting for an organisation.

• Provide accurate information and verify your email.
• Protect credentials and promptly report unauthorised access.
• Do not transfer, rent, or use an account to impersonate another person.

Service and feature status

AI Blueprint helps enrich ideas, record decisions, and form the Application Journey, technical foundation, App Map, PRD, and other context-relevant artifacts. The artifact set varies because Database Schema and some outputs are conditional.

The landing-page free trial is available once per eligible new registrant and only before the first plan purchase. If a plan payment is confirmed before the preview starts, the trial allowance ends. Its read-only preview runs through App Map, provides neither downloads nor AI Assistant, and keeps artifacts after App Map locked. Once payment is authoritatively confirmed for a completed preview, the user may regenerate the trial idea as a full Blueprint or start a new idea.

There is one approval gate before generation: Sign Approve 1 for the Smart Requirement Summary and product context. App Map has no second approval gate. Once the documents are complete, the user reviews them in Blueprint Summary and gives final approval to unlock the Project ZIP export.

Development Planning, Project Management, Deployment Assist, and the Pro plan marked Coming Soon are not yet purchasable or part of the active service.

AI output and human review

Generated Output is working material ready for technical review and development planning—not a guarantee of implementation, compliance, security, or business results. It may be incomplete, non-unique, or wrong and is not legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Human review and appropriate testing are required before production use.

Content and intellectual property

User Content means ideas, answers, attachments, data, and instructions you provide. You retain your rights and give us a limited licence to process it to provide, secure, repair, and support the service.

Subject to law and third-party rights, you may commercially use paid Generated Output. Output is not guaranteed exclusive. We do not claim ownership of your ideas or use confidential ideas to compete with you. Platform software, marks, methods, and internal templates remain Platform Materials owned by their owner.

Credits, plans, and lifecycle

Credits are internal usage units, not electronic money; they cannot be transferred or cashed out. One credit equals Rp1.000 in the product. Action prices are shown before execution. AI Assistant messages cost at least 0.2 credit; actual input/output cost is converted to IDR and rounded upward in 0.2-credit increments.

Starter/Plus do not currently auto-renew. Stopping use or ending a plan does not itself delete an account. Plans are purchased manually for one period; buying or refreshing a period adds its new grant.

A campaign may issue a checkout-discount coupon, a free-trial AI-credit coupon, or a regular AI-credit coupon. An account may use only one coupon in total across all types; coupons cannot be stacked, transferred, cashed out, or resold. The displayed campaign controls its usage limit, expiry, enabled status, and benefit. A checkout coupon is consumed only after successful payment; a failed, cancelled, or expired checkout releases its reservation. The discount applies to the purchase price before any applicable transaction fee is calculated. A free-trial coupon is available only to an eligible free-trial account with no successful plan purchase and unlocks every workspace feature for seven days after activation. Any remaining credit from that coupon expires with the seven-day access period. A regular AI-credit coupon can be redeemed only by an account with a successful plan purchase. Both add regular—not top-up—credits.

Top-up credits have no expiry date while your AI Blueprint account remains active. Cancellation, non-renewal, or non-payment does not remove top-up credits while your account has not been permanently deleted. AI actions still require an active plan, except while eligible free-trial campaign access applies, even when a top-up credit balance remains. The balance cannot be cashed out. If the account is permanently deleted—including under the Dormant Account Policy after more than 270 days without a successful login and without an active paid monthly plan—all remaining plan and top-up credits end with the account and can no longer be used, unless a purchase qualifies under the Refund Policy or law requires otherwise. Advance notice will be provided under the Dormant Account Policy.

IDR and USD payments

Midtrans processes IDR payments by bank transfer/Virtual Account; the customer pays the itemised Rp4.000 transaction fee. PayPal processes USD payments. The amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount you authorise.

A plan or credit grant is issued only after the server validates the provider capture or webhook. A browser redirect is never treated as proof of payment. We do not store complete card numbers, PayPal passwords, or full payment credentials.

Background generation, retries, and recovery

Generation, regeneration, and repair run server-side after a request is accepted. Closing a tab or losing connectivity does not automatically cancel them. Internal retries or repairs for the same action are not billed as another customer action.

A terminally failed run that publishes nothing receives a full, automatic, idempotent ledger restoration. If some output was published, the system prioritises resuming or repairing affected parts; other adjustments are assessed through Support. Customer-stopped runs, healthy Blueprints, and resolved historical errors are not eligible for auto-heal.

Prohibited use

• Violating law, privacy, intellectual property, or others’ rights.
• Uploading malware, secrets, children’s data, health, biometric, or other high-risk data without appropriate rights and safeguards.
• Bypassing authentication, billing, rate limits, audit, or security controls.
• Fraud, impersonation, abusive scraping, disruption, or prohibited reverse engineering.

Suspension, closure, and data

We may restrict or suspend accounts for security risk, fraud, material breach, legal duty, or payment issues, with reasonable notice where feasible. You may request closure, an available data copy, and deletion under the Privacy Policy. Credits cannot be cashed out; eligible purchase refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Warranties, liability, and disputes

We use reasonable professional care but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free output. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights, liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or data-protection duties. To the extent lawful, aggregate direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the prior three months.

Indonesian law applies. Contact Support for good-faith resolution first; authorised consumer dispute bodies and courts remain available.

Changes and contact

Material changes are notified through the service or email and may require reacceptance before continued use. Changes do not retroactively reduce accrued rights without a lawful basis. Requests can be submitted without signing in through hello@aiblueprint.web.id or the Contact page. Do not send passwords, API keys, OTPs, or full payment details.
